The work developed by BGANDPARTNERS, has its basis on an internal organization that assures the flexibility and inter-linkage between the various specialties that constitute the Project, characterizing itself by the independent management and functioning of a team with the guidelines of rigorous quality criteria and in alignment with the mission, vision and the global technical scope of the enterprise.
All of the co-workers are challenged to evolve in their careers, making them able to progressively assume functions of autonomy, administration and management that are compatible with their base qualifications, ambitions and experience.
Each Project has a manager that ensures the client the success of the Project, accompanying all the work since it's adjudication until the final construction, assuring the most adequate means to their development; as the figure head of the enterprise for the client, it is his responsibility that all the necessary measures are taken to guarantee that an excellent service is provided, accomplishing the pre-established internal objectives.
In order to improve its resources, the company is organized in different project teams, each one being responsible for its own project, considered autonomous units in terms of size, versatility and capacity, and adjusted to the dimension of the enterprise.
